New Years Resolution

My New Year's Resolution is to be nicer to everyone.
I want to do this because I tend to get frustrated sometimes and take out my frustrations on my friends or family. I know it's the wrong way to handle life when I get stressed, but it is the easiest and most natural reaction, so for the year of 2010 my plan is to re-channel my anger into being productive and to be nicer to everyone.
To accomplish my goal will most likely take a lot of work. When I start to feel tense I will immediately walk upstairs to my room and just lie down and take a few deep breathes, if that does not relax me I will take out my notepad and write down what exactly is making me mad. This will replace my yelling at my parents or if in school i will write it on a sticky.
